The Canadian Hardscape Activities Meeting is the premier event for CMHA members with an interest in the Canadian market. It’s an excellent opportunity for producers, associates and contractor members to come together to discuss insights, share emerging trends, and forge powerful connections that will help drive our industry forward.

This meeting is open to all CMHA members, and we encourage everyone interested to register and attend.

CMHA’s discounted room rates in the group block are $179 CAD (+ tax) per night. These rates will be available until October 16, 2026. Be sure to book early!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies:
The discounted room rate of $179/night has been negotiated for the benefit of those attending this event. This rate is available for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights. If you plan to arrive early on Saturday, November 14, you will need to contact the hotel directly to book.

One (1) nights room and tax is required at the time of booking to hold your room and will be charged to the credit card provided.

Important: Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations are considered firm and unchangeable within 13 days of arrival, at which point full payment for the booked room(s) will be applied to the credit card provided.
