CMHA’s Midyear Meeting allows members to participate in committee meetings, enjoy valuable networking opportunities, and take some time to enjoy activities in the host city. Held in unique and attractive locations, the Midyear Meeting often encourages members to bring their families along. The event also includes special spouse programs and activities, making it a perfect blend of professional development and family fun. There are multiple registration options to select from. Available opportunities include Full Meeting Registration, Spouse/Guest and Child Registration, Spouse/Guest Program Bundle, and optional Wednesday afternoon activities.
All CMHA meeting attendees must be active CMHA members.

Full Meeting Registration
This registration includes access to all open Committee Meetings, the Hardscapes & Masonry Town Hall, the EPG Networking event (if applicable), daily hospitality, the Member Networking Reception, the Awards Luncheon & General Session, Concrete Women Connect (if applicable), and the Night Out – Naples Beach Party event.
Early bird: $550 | Regular: $600 | Onsite: $650
Spouse/Guest and Child Registration
Each of these registration types include daily hospitality, the Member Networking Reception, and the Night Out – Naples Beach Party event. The Spouse/Guest registration also allows those who are interested to attend the optional Book Talk Breakfast and Concrete Women Connect (if applicable).

Spouse/Guest Program Bundle

Wednesday Afternoon Activities
CMHA has coordinated three separate events for our meeting attendees, spouses and/or guests to take advantage of during the open afternoon on Wednesday, August 6.

Registration Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be sent to CMHA in writing, via email. A refund, less a $75.00 administrative fee, will be issued if the request is received no later than July 18, 2025. Due to financial obligations incurred by CMHA, no refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received after July 18, 2025. Substitutions from the same company will be permitted at any time prior to the meeting start date, without penalty.
